The YY-121 Building Materials Difficult Flammability Test Apparatus is designed for flame retardant performance testing of building materials. This computer-controlled equipment offers high automation for accurate fire resistance performance evaluation.

Working Principle
The testing process begins with four conditioned specimens vertically fixed on the test bracket, forming a vertical square flue. The specimens are positioned at (250±2) mm intervals. A uniform airflow is created in the combustion chamber through a 200mm diameter pipeline, maintaining a constant rate of (10±1) m³/min at controlled temperature.
Gas flow is adjusted to (35±0.5) L/min and air flow to (17.5±0.2) L/min before automatic ignition. The 10-minute test concludes when either the average flue gas temperature exceeds 200°C across five thermocouples or the maximum measured value surpasses 200°C.
